• Comment: We’re pleased to write a letter of recommendation for you. In our older years, we felt the need to downsize and simplify our lives. We found the perfect place for us earlier this year, bought it and started moving in. Part of our plan included selling our large home. After having tried several Real Estate agents with no luck, we came across Josh Smith Buys Houses and were impressed with their energy, determination and marketing plan. Honestly, it almost sounded too good to be true. We soon realized that they do what they say they will do and do it when promised. Josh and his team were pleasant to work with, and we felt comfortable in their knowledge and experience. Bottom line, they sold our house in one month and for more than we thought we’d get. Josh and his team make things happen!
